Innovative presentation that still stays within the framework of tradition is always meritorious. From the trailer it appears that we can look forward to such a tasteful presentation by two of our frontline traditional Carnatic vocalists.
Also, the importance of such a presentation in reaching out to listeners who are not attentive to the full fledged concert format, can never be understated.

Most DVD and CD contain details of the Ragam rendered etc, can we have those details about the film as well please ? Was fortunate to watch the release of the Trailer and since then, the music has been reverbarating in my ears.Jayendra's treatise of this musical extravaganza coupled with P.C.Sreeram's camera-work has brought out quality music that we do not experience in the auditoriums. As one of the audience expressed, when we happen to sit in the last row of the auditorium we neither experience good audio or visuals. Kudos to the artists, T.M.Krishna and Bombay Jaishree for rendering top-class performance that can be experienced throughout the world. I still cannot switch of the sound of Satish Kumar and Arun's mrindagam in Vande Mataram nor Jaishree's slokam or Krishna's action-packed perofrmance. MARGAZHI RAAGAM needs to be experienced!! Thanks to C.Srikanth carnatic music is now open to the World!!!
